Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Solvershub Inc. ("Solvershub") provides remote Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), telephony answer services, dispatch scheduling, customer service support, and back-office reconciliation services to taxi, luxury limousine/livery, and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operators ("Client"). All services are performed via Client-approved dispatch software licenses and custom phone call scripts.

2. 14-Day Free Trial & No Long-Term Contract

Eligible fleet operators (fleets with 5 or more active vehicles) may initiate our standard 14-day free trial, no long-term contract:

• Trial Scope: We integrate with your dispatch software, train assigned dispatchers on your local city routes and call scripts, and manage live shifts during the 14-day period.
• No Long-Term Lock: If at any point during or following the trial the Client elects not to continue, service can be discontinued with written notice. Ongoing engagements operate on month-to-month billing cycles with zero multi-year lock-in.

3. Client Obligations & Credentials

To ensure high-quality dispatch execution:

• Client provides authorized operator logins to their chosen dispatch system (Limo Anywhere, iCabbi, TaxiCaller, Autocab, Livery Coach, or NEMT portals).
• Client provides operating scripts, rate tables, cancellation policies, and driver contact rosters.
• Client is responsible for driver compliance with local municipal transportation authority regulations, vehicle safety, insurance, and licensing.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

Solvershub enforces a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on every engagement. All passenger manifests, driver payout rates, corporate client accounts, and operational strategies shared with Solvershub are deemed strictly confidential proprietary information. All inbound and outbound calls are recorded and made available to the fleet owner for quality reviews.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Solvershub acts as an independent BPO service provider and does not own or operate transportation vehicles. Solvershub shall not be held liable for traffic delays, driver mechanical breakdowns, weather incidents, or direct actions of independent drivers. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
