To provide continuous dispatch, reservation, and driver coordination services, our dedicated personnel access data within your licensed dispatch software (such as Limo Anywhere, iCabbi, TaxiCaller, Autocab, Livery Coach, or NEMT broker portals):

• Fleet & Chauffeur Data: Vehicle manifests, driver shift rosters, GPS telemetry locations, and vehicle availability status.
• Passenger & Ride Manifests: Pickup/dropoff addresses, passenger names, contact phone numbers, flight numbers, and special transport notes.
• Audio Recordings: Inbound and outbound phone calls are recorded for quality assurance, training verification, and dispute resolution.
• Broker Invoicing Details: Voucher IDs, trip authorizations, and settlement figures for NEMT and corporate billing reconciliations.

3. How Information Is Used & Protected

All data processed by Solvershub is used strictly to fulfill dispatch instructions provided by the fleet operator. We maintain strict safeguards:

• No Data Resale or Marketing: We never sell, rent, commercialize, or share client fleet records, driver lists, or passenger manifests with third parties.
• Agents Trained on Your Scripts: Dispatchers operate under established client guidelines and custom call flows.
• Call Recordings Available: Fleet owners retain access to recorded customer interactions for operational transparency and auditing.
• HIPAA-Conscious Protocols: When managing NEMT schedules and broker portals (e.g., ModivCare, MTM), our staff treats protected health information with strict confidentiality.
